Rollchain KYC Verification Process
Rollchain verifies accounts through a KYC check to confirm identity, residential address, and (when relevant) the ownership of a payment method. The review happens in the account verification area after you submit documents and basic details.
Rollchain requests KYC when an account hits internal risk triggers (for example, large withdrawals, unusual deposit patterns, repeated failed payment attempts, or mismatched profile details). The casino also asks for verification when a withdrawal is requested, when payment or personal data changes, or when the account is flagged for duplicate use across multiple profiles.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a valid government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). Rollchain checks full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and the photo. Submissions fail when edges are cut off, the image is blurred, or the document is expired.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter, or an official government letter. Rollchain rejects screenshots with missing headers, edited PDFs, and documents that show a PO box instead of a home address.
- Payment method: If you use a bank card, Rollchain asks for a photo of the card with the middle digits covered (show first 6 and last 4), plus the cardholder name and expiry date visible. If you use e-wallets, it can request a statement or a screenshot of the account page showing your name and the wallet ID/email. If you use crypto, Rollchain can request proof of wallet ownership and source-of-funds information for higher-value withdrawals.
Processing time depends on document quality and queue load. A clean submission is commonly reviewed within 1–24 hours; cases that need manual checks or re-uploads take 1–3 business days.
Current state: Rollchain uses a standard three-part KYC flow (identity, address, payment method) and ties it most often to withdrawals and risk-based triggers. Typical review time ranges from a few hours to a few business days when resubmission is needed.
